With Google access configured, view reviews, assign follow-up, add private notes and explicitly match a review to a customer.

Stay in control of outreach

Workflows start paused. Company readiness, consent, quiet hours and opt-outs are checked before delivery. Existing jobs are not automatically enrolled on activation.

Google review access requires approved platform setup and company authorization. Invitations require a ready delivery channel and owner activation.
